Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited East Rock Park and grabbed some great food nearby. The staff was really helpful, and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. Just a heads up, parking can be a pain. We noticed housekeeping only did rooms a couple of times during the week. But overall, it was a solid experience!
Check-in was a bit chaotic due to a long line, which made things frustrating. We also had some confusion about the welcome drinks that wasn't clear at reception, but the manager sorted it out. Little things like that could use improvement.

I stayed for a week to explore Yale University and the surrounding area. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the campus and nearby restaurants. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean with a cozy desk chair. However, I found the noise level from the street was disruptive at night, making it hard to fully enjoy my stay.

The room was spacious and clean, which I loved. Having a Starbucks inside was a nice bonus, and I enjoyed the various drink options. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped with barely any counter space. The bed was comfy, but the toilet was really close to the tub, making it a little awkward. Overall, a pretty solid stay!

I had a good stay overall! My favorite was the comfortable beds, the nicely decorated lobby, and the delightful food options at the bistro. However, the parking situation was a bit tight and could be improved.

Conveniently located near Yale, this stay offered a clean and spacious room with a variety of drink options, including Starbucks. While check-in was a bit chaotic and there was confusion regarding welcome drinks, the staff, particularly the restaurant manager, resolved the issue swiftly. The overall experience was solid, but improvements in staff availability at the front desk would enhance the experience.

This hotel was just an excellent fit for a short layover in New Haven with great value for the money. The bistro had decent food, but be prepared for a limited menu and confusing pricing. Eat out if you can for better options!

Can't recommend highly enough for a hurried visit
Friendly staff, clean room, enjoyable breakfast, where the helpful front desk check-in by Michelle was quick, and the convenient fitness center had water and towels ready for guests.

Decent stay, but could be better
I stayed for 5 nights in a King room. Location was great, really close to Yale and some cool restaurants. The staff were super helpful and the room was clean. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was pretty slow and I couldn't find any power plugs that worked well. If you wanna chill, the bar area was nice though.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made our stay even better.
For dads, it would be great to have more family activities available on-site.

While the friendly staff and clean rooms are notable, be mindful of limited parking and noisy fire alarms. The location is convenient for visiting Yale, but I found the Bistro service to be quite lacking. Overall, it's a decent place for a short business trip.
